✱  The national reshoring engine

ReshoreTechnologies.The reshoring platform.

We're building America's first state-level import substitution engine to connect domestic manufacturers with domestic importers.

National discovery · State-level intelligence

The problem

America needs a new supply chain infrastructure.

Three converging forces are making domestic sourcing the strategic imperative of the decade — and the platform to enable it doesn't exist yet.

Tariff Exposure

Tariffs are reshaping trade

New and escalating tariffs on goods from China and other major exporters are forcing importers to reassess their sourcing strategy. Companies that act now gain a significant cost advantage.

Supply Chain Risk

Fragile global supply chains

Post-pandemic disruptions exposed deep vulnerabilities in just-in-time global supply chains. Single-source dependencies and long lead times create risks that domestic sourcing can eliminate.

Domestic Demand

Buy American demand is real

Government procurement mandates, consumer sentiment, and ESG commitments are driving real demand for domestic suppliers. The market is ready — the infrastructure to connect buyers and sellers is not.

How it works

A growing intelligence network that connects American manufacturing capability with visible—and declared—domestic demand.

Each new participant strengthens the shared picture of what America can make, what its supply chains need, and where reshoring opportunities exist.

Manufacturers build capability profiles

American manufacturers register their products, production capabilities, available capacity, certifications, and facility locations.

Products are mapped to HTS classifications

Technology automatically maps manufacturers’ products to the most relevant U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, enabling the required apples-to-apples comparison with imported products.

The platform analyzes existing import signals

Domestic manufacturers’ products are compared against public manifest records, public import and export data, importer activity, country-of-origin impacts, tariff exposure, and other market indicators to identify reshoring opportunities.

Manufacturers discover opportunities

Manufacturers and economic development authorities use those signals to prioritize and initiate outreach, investment, supplier development, production expansion, and domestic sourcing opportunities.

Participants declare direct supply-chain demand

As importers join the platform, they can identify products they want to source domestically. Manufacturers can also add the imported components, materials, and equipment used in their own supply chains, contributing more direct demand information.

The reshoring network grows

With each new state, EDA, manufacturer, importer, and data contribution, we grow America’s reshoring opportunities—revealing hidden demand, improving matching accuracy, and creating a more specific and actionable reshoring intelligence engine.

For Manufacturers

Turn your factory into a reshoring destination.

American manufacturers have the capacity — what's been missing is a direct line to the importers ready to buy domestic. Join the national network and make your facility discoverable by product, capability, HTS code, and state.

For Importers

Find your next domestic supplier.

Stop searching through generic databases. Reshore Technologies combines verified manufacturers, real tariff data, import-substitution intelligence, and state-level filters in one national reshoring engine.

For Economic Development

Turn state capacity into a national advantage.

Give your manufacturers the infrastructure to be found, matched, and connected to national demand — while gaining a clearer picture of your state's reshoring potential.

The opportunity

Reshoring, state by state.

Hover any state to explore reshoring opportunities. West Virginia is live — all 50 states coming soon.
